ＥＴＦ ＥＴＣとは、商品の価格に連動するＥＴＦ（上場投資信託）で、商品価格連動証券（ＥＴＣ：Exchnage Traded Commodities）のことを言います。
ロンドン証券取引所（ＬＳＥ）は2006年９月２７日に、このＥＴＦ ＥＴＣを２９銘柄上場しました。個別商品別では天然ガス、原油、ガソリン、ヒーティング・オイル、アルミニウム、銅、亜鉛、ニッケル、金、銀、生牛、豚赤身肉、小麦、コーン、大豆、粗糖、綿花、コーヒー、大豆油の１９銘柄、指数では全商品、エネルギー、石油、エネルギー以外、工業用金属、貴金属、家畜、農産物、穀物、ソフトの１０銘柄です。
他には、Dow Jones AIG Indexes連動のＥＴＦ ＥＴＣもあります。
金と銀は現物が アンダーライング・アセット（原資産）のようですが、他は先物を使っているようです。
商品先物市場では頻繁にロールオーバーする必要があるのに対し、ＥＴＦ ＥＴＣは長期投資が可能で株式や債券とのポートフォリオが組みやすくなり分散投資がしやすくなります。これまで金、原油、商品指数のＥＴＦ（上場投資信託）が株式市場に上場されていますが、今回のＥＴＦ ＥＴＣ上場も商品市場への投資資金流入を促すとみられます。
